Coal water slurry pulping process usually includes crushing, grinding, filtration, mixing and homogenization process, grinding is the key link in the process of coal water slurry preparation, the general coal water slurry production line using wet ball milling process, from the initial ball mill out of the raw material coal water slurry to stable treatment, uniform curing and then to the slurry storage tank, to use a single screw pump.

In the coal water slurry production plant, the single screw pump is used to load the coal water slurry onto the transport tank car, and after the coal water slurry is transported to the use unit, the single screw pump is used to unload the coal water slurry from the tank car to the coal water slurry storage tank. In the unit where coal water slurry is used, the coal water slurry is transported to the boiler by a single screw pump.
